Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field
• MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA preferred
• 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Downstream oil & gas or market-driven industries
• Strong commercial understanding of Downstream business drivers and value chains
• Proven experience in finance and performance management, business planning, and executive-level reporting

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes business plans, forecasts, and performance reviews for downstream portfolios, driving financial discipline and timely actions
• Acts as a trusted financial partner to commercial and business teams, linking performance to operational and market factors
• Develops financial models and data-driven insights to support profitability and capital efficiency
• Drives change management, mentors others, and promotes process improvements and automation
