Aramco seeks a seasoned Financial Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join the Planning and Performance Management Department. The role coordinates business plans, consolidates reporting for senior management and the Board, and drives accountability across units.

You will lead planning and performance analyses, support risk management initiatives and mentor P&PM staff, leveraging Excel and BI tools. MBA/CFA/CPA are considered a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 12 years of related experience in planning and performance management with BI tools.
• Solid knowledge of management accounting, finance and Excel.
• Oil & Gas experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provides analytical findings and recommendations for regular P&PM tasks such as planning, performance tracking and accountability reporting.
• Conducts special P&PM studies including performance initiatives, benchmarking and risk management.
• Provides supervision and mentorship to P&PM staff.
• Acts as principal advisor on risk management and integrates risk into P&PM practices.
• Identifies governance gaps and helps implement closure solutions.
• Reviews major initiative proposals to address risk management requirements.
• Performs other related analytical duties as assigned.
