Job summary

DAR Engineering is seeking an experienced Document Control and Data Management Manager to lead the information governance across large Saudi Arabian projects. You will ensure secure, traceable records, align with ISO 9001 and client standards, and drive best practices in EDMS implementations.

You will lead document control teams, partner with project managers and clients, and establish metadata, classifications, and secure access controls to optimize project information flows and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related discipline.
• Experience leading document control teams on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of EDMS and information management systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement document control strategies and standards.
• Establish KPIs and report performance to senior management.
• Manage controlled flow of project documentation and closeout activities.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and regulatory alignment.
