Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business or related disciplines and 8–14 years of document control experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in document control using EDMS and BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement processes and tools, provide system reports, maintain electronic information systems.
• Perform QA/QC metadata after each document to ensure accuracy and route to engineers.
• Audit Initial and Final Acceptance As Built per client standards.
• Maintain metrics to track submittals and timelines.
• Coordinate with Consultants & Contractors for document workflow.
