Qiddiya | القدية seeks a Project Controls professional to lead the development of integrated planning and controls frameworks for major programs in Saudi Arabia. You will manage schedules, baselines, cost control, change control and reporting, aligning multiple delivery teams around governance and baselines.

• Master's degree in project management or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop integrated planning and project controls frameworks, standards and implementation plans to provide consistent controls across assigned programs and projects.
• Manage application of planning, cost, change, reporting and document control requirements to align project teams and governance around baselines and reporting expectations.
• Develop, review and maintain project baselines, integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical paths to support delivery planning.
• Review schedule logic, sequencing, float, resource assumptions and progress updates to identify risks and delays.
• Manage cost control, change control and performance tracking to maintain visibility of budgets and forecast movements.
• Develop project controls reports, dashboards and insights to provide timely visibility over delivery performance.
• Manage document control standards and information assurance to maintain audit-ready project information.
• Monitor project controls risks, issues and interfaces to identify mitigation actions and protect baselines.
