Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an Integrated Senior Director Planning & Implementation Governance to lead the development and enforcement of unified planning, scheduling and cost-control frameworks across the program portfolio in the Riyadh region.

You will manage baselines, dependencies and governance, ensuring timely reporting and data integrity while coordinating with CDU, SDU and other units to drive delivery predictability and strong project outcomes.

Formación

• Masters degree in a relevant field such as project management, Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Infrastructure Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Infrastructure Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop integrated planning and project controls frameworks, standards and implementation plans to provide consistent controls across programs and projects.
• Manage application of planning, cost, change, reporting and document control requirements to align teams and governance around baselines and reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated baselines, schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical paths to support delivery planning.
• Review schedule logic, sequencing, float, resource assumptions and progress to identify risks and delays.
• Monitor cost control, change control and performance tracking to maintain budget visibility and trends.
• Review cost, schedule, risk and change information to identify variances and required interventions.
• Consolidate cost planning, scheduling, change control and reporting into a common baseline.
• Develop project controls reports, dashboards and insights for timely governance decisions.
• Manage document control standards and information assurance to ensure audit-ready data.
• Monitor risks, issues and interfaces to maintain delivery visibility and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate planning and controls across major transport programs to provide a consistent view for leadership.
