Responsibilities

• Develop integrated planning and project controls frameworks and implementation plans.
• Manage application of planning, cost, change, reporting and document control requirements.
• Manage development of integrated baselines, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Review schedule logic and progress updates to identify risks and delays.
• Monitor cost control, change control and performance tracking.
• Develop project controls reports and dashboards for leadership and governance.
• Ensure alignment with governance requirements across programs.
