Job summary

Jasara PMC is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost control, scheduling, and progress reporting for major infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering clarity on performance and enabling informed decision-making for project teams and stakeholders.

You will develop controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools, monitor budgets and milestones, and prepare reports on cost trends and schedule impacts to support delivery within Vision 2030 initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project controls, including cost management and schedule oversight.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting.
• Monitor performance against budget, timeline, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project controls dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on status, cost trends, and schedule impacts.
