Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 is seeking a Senior Strategy Lead to drive Gaming and Esports asset development from concept through approvals. You will shape value propositions, audiences, demand and supply dynamics, and the commercial positioning of multiple assets.

Responsibilities include translating vision into actionable asset strategies, coordinating with Finance, Development, Legal, and Procurement, and supporting budgeting and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy advisory, or equivalent high-impact strategy roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of Gaming and Esports assets across Qiddiya, defining value proposition and commercial positioning.
• Translate vision into structured asset strategies with operating model logic and market differentiation.
• Support financial feasibility and business case development with Finance and Development teams.
• Design and oversee operator selection strategies, including procurement approaches and evaluation frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure integrated asset progression.
• Advance priority assets across districts, aligning with masterplanning and IP strategy.
• Develop executive-level presentations and briefing materials for leadership decisions.
