Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a senior strategy leader to oversee the planning, development, and advancement of Gaming and Esports assets across the destination. You will own end-to-end asset strategy from concept through Stage Gate approvals and coordinate with Strategy, Partnerships, Development, Legal, and Finance.

The role requires shaping value propositions, defining audiences, assessing demand and supply, and supporting commercial feasibility and investment decision processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy advisory, or equivalent high-impact strategy roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of Gaming and Esports assets, defining value proposition, target audiences, experience design principles, demand and supply dynamics, and overall commercial positioning.
• Translate high-level vision into structured asset strategies that articulate the product concept, operating model, and market differentiation.
• Support financial feasibility and business case development with Finance and Development teams to ensure assets are investment-ready.
• Design and oversee operator selection strategies, including procurement approach and evaluation frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Strategy, Partnerships, Development, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure aligned asset progression.
