Job summary

Ankura invites a senior, hands-on technology leader to join our Financial Services Advisory in the Middle East as a Senior Director. You will own end-to-end delivery of core banking and digital channel projects, engage with client CTOs/CIOs, and lead architecture, integration, and go-live activities while mentoring teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Significant techno-functional experience in a top consulting firm, technology vendor, or financial institution.
Hands-on experience with core banking and digital banking technology stacks.
Proven delivery of end-to-end core banking and digital transformations.
Ability to earn technical credibility with CTOs/CIOs and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain technical credibility with CTOs/CIOs and technology leadership.
Own end-to-end delivery of core banking and digital channel engagements from strategy to go-live.
Lead design, architecture reviews, and vendor selection for banking transformations.
Lead client engagements and mentor multidisciplinary teams across engagements.
Support business development with technical solutioning and delivery approaches.
