Job summary

DefineX Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking technology programs.

You will govern scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations and vendors in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role requires a strong technical foundation, superb stakeholder management, and fluency in English; based in Riyadh, with deep familiarity of Saudi regulations shaping delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery with banking/fintech experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory delivery environments and multi-vendor programs.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large-scale banking technology programs end-to-end.
• Govern change control, forecast accuracy, and delivery governance.
• Lead multi-location delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with client priorities, regulatory standards, and risk controls.
