Job summary

Ankura in Saudi Arabia seeks an accomplished techno-functional consulting leader to join the Financial Services Advisory practice as a Senior Director, building out the FS Digital proposition across the Middle East.

The role sits with client CTOs/CIOs at high levels, owning end-to-end technology delivery for core banking and digital channels, architecture, platform selection, integration, and go-live, while mentoring teams and shaping strategy, governance, and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with strong techno-functional background.
Significant experience in core banking and digital transformation within a leading firm.
Proven ability to earn technical credibility with CTOs/CIOs and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain technical credibility with client technology leadership and teams.
Own end-to-end technology delivery for core banking and digital channels from strategy to go-live.
Lead design of digital transformation programs and evaluate banking platforms and fintech ecosystems.
Present findings and roadmaps to client leadership with clarity and credibility.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across concurrent engagements.
