Responsibilities

• Head Banking transformation programs, including core/transaction banking modernization, process reengineering, and digital initiatives.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Monitor risks, outcomes and report to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior program managers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards during transformation.
