The role requires 20+ years in contracts and senior leadership in utilities or large infrastructure, with MRICS/CCCM/CIPS or similar certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 20+ years in contracts or commercial management.
• Senior leadership experience in utilities or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven negotiation, claims management and supplier relationship skills.
• Experience supporting major capital projects and asset lifecycle decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, contracting, governance and risk management.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, bid evaluation and supplier selection.
• Develop business cases, monitor costs and ensure value realization.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic commercial insights.
