Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking a Director for Contracts and Commercial to lead commercial, contractual, procurement, and financial oversight for DCP and Gas Farm assets. You will drive value optimization, governance, and risk management across planning to maintenance phases.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic contracting expertise, and experience in large infrastructure projects within utilities.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in contracts, commercial management, procurement, or project controls.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in utilities, energy, district cooling, gas infrastructure, industrial facilities, or large infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing high‑value service, construction, operations and maintenance contracts.
• Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, claims management, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience supporting major capital projects and operational utility assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategies for DCP and Gas Farm infrastructure and services.
• Direct procurement strategies for utility projects, services, equipment, and operations contracts.
• Oversee contract development, negotiation, award, administration, and close-out; establish governance frameworks.
• Monitor contract costs, performance, and value realization; ensure cost control and budgeting across assets.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies; support tariff and pricing analysis.
• Build strong supplier relationships and promote performance improvements.
• Provide commercial guidance to executive management and project leadership; manage risks and claims.
