The ideal candidate has 20+ years in IT and digital transformation, with deep enterprise architecture and governance experience, and hands-on leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive information technology and digital transformation experience.
• Proven responsibility for multi-billion-dollar programs, mega-projects, smart cities, or large-scale digital ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture across business, data, applications, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy across business, data, application, integration, security, and technology domains.
• Develop current-state and target-state architecture models, transition roadmaps, capability maps, and implementation priorities.
• Align digital architecture with project objectives, operational requirements, sustainability targets, and long-term asset strategies.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, reference models, design patterns, and technology governance processes.
• Create and chair an Enterprise Architecture Review Board for evaluating major technology proposals and solution designs.
