Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Development to lead end-to-end development of a major urban core precinct, spanning public realm, retail, F&B, offices, mobility, and destination assets.

The role balances commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences, guiding strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and delivery while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver value and placemaking across the asset portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
Master's Degree preferred.
MBA, MSc Real Estate Development, Urban Development, or equivalent highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals.
Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
Drive development decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.
