Qiddiya Investment Company 1 is seeking a Senior Director - Precinct Development to lead end-to-end development of a large-scale urban core precinct, incorporating public realm, retail, offices, and mobility, and to act as precinct owner for the client.

The role drives strategy, financial planning, governance, and delivery integration to maximize asset value, placemaking, and long-term performance, balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in real estate or urban development.
• 10+ years leading major mixed-use multi-asset developments.
• Client-side experience managing large-scale multi-asset developments.
• Strong background in development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and precinct delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.
