Job summary

Omrania seeks a Design Manager in Landscape Architecture to lead day-to-day design coordination from concept to IFC delivery, ensuring excellence, commercial control, and cross-disciplinary integration. You will oversee schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and team leadership across a multidisciplinary group in the GCC region.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of experience, GCC exposure, and proficiency in Revit LA, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360; fluency in English is required, Arabic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (required).
• Professional accreditation or eligibility (CMLI, ASLA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years total experience, including GCC design-management.
• Proficiency in Revit LA, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and BIM 360.
• Fluent English; Arabic where applicable.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and coordination of landscape and public-realm design across early-stage concept through detailed and IFC delivery.
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects within time, fee, and quality parameters; monitor fee utilization and changes.
• Develop resource and deliverable schedules with HoD and Project Managers; coordinate with sub-consultants.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team; implement QA/QC and peer-review procedures.
• Coordinate early integration of civil, MEP, and infrastructure requirements; ensure sustainability and safety.
• Lead BIM integration using Revit LA, Civil 3D, and Navisworks; review sub-consultant deliverables.
• Represent Landscape discipline in client meetings and contribute to proposals and documentation.
