Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to lead the design and execution of major landscape projects that support Saudi Vision 2030. You will oversee concept, development, and delivery with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires strong leadership, client liaison, and a passion for sustainable planting, hardscape design, and high-quality presentations. You will mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with local codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Experience leading projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering.
• Professional registration or licensure is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of landscape architecture projects that contribute to creating sustainable functional and visually compelling environments aligning with Saudi Arabia s Vision 2030 objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design development and execution of large-scale landscape architecture projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, urban planners, engineers and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, renderings and presentations for client and stakeholder review.
• Oversee the site analysis, including evaluation of existing conditions, site constraints and environmental impact assessments.
• Ensure all landscape architecture work complies with local codes, sustainability standards and best industry practices.
• Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and designers, fostering professional growth.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present design options and incorporate feedback.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and quality control processes to ensure successful project delivery.
