Key Responsibilities

• Manage overlapping scopes across districts to avoid duplication and resolve design conflicts
• Maintain design registers, milestone trackers, and coordination documentation
• Lead design development aligned with project roadmaps and stage gate processes
• Coordinate inputs from geotechnical and specialist consultants ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare and review design deliverables for stage gate submissions
• Liaise with district teams to integrate stabilization works with adjacent developments
