Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture/Interior/Product/Graphic Design or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive professional experience, including senior design leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary design team with clear roles and goals.
• Set creative direction and maintain vision through all project stages.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, and quality.
• Serve as primary senior client contact; build relationships and manage expectations.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and design-approval sessions.
• Translate client requirements into actionable design and project plans.
• Provide guidance while remaining hands-on during critical stages.
• Review and approve concepts, drawings, specs, materials, and packages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and production teams.
• Ensure designs are creative, functional, compliant, and commercially viable.
• Identify and resolve risks before impacting delivery.
• Manage design changes and communicate impact on scope and fees.
• Support proposals, tenders, and business development activities.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, communication, and reporting.
