Job summary

Tractebel is seeking a Project Design Coordinator to work on behalf of the Client in Jeddah/Riyadh, KSA. You will manage design review coordination between the EPC contractor, consultants, and regulatory bodies, ensuring deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.

You will lead meetings, track submissions, and maintain comprehensive records, with a focus on risk mitigation and proactive communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Saudi Council of Engineers approval is a plus).
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in large thermal power projects coordinating engineering deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design reviews between CONSULTANT, EPC contractor, and regulatory bodies.
• Track submission, review and approval of engineering deliverables.
• Maintain schedules for deliverable reviews and submissions.
