Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or analytics consulting.
• Strong banking experience, particularly with credit card and debit card products.
• Proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL, with hands-on experience working with large banking datasets.
• Ability to clearly communicate analytical outputs to business stakeholders and prepare senior-level presentations.

This role involves leveraging advanced analytics and predictive modeling to drive marketing strategies for credit and debit card portfolios. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking analytics, particularly in cards marketing, and will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights to client teams.

• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, model validation, and performance tracking.
• Ability to clearly communicate analytical outputs to business stakeholders and prepare senior‑level presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Experience working with marketing, product, risk, and data teams in a banking environment.
• Consulting discipline, including structured problem‑solving, ownership, and timely delivery.
• Must be comfortable working as a contractor on a client‑facing engagement in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current location in Saudi Arabia, ideally Jeddah.
• Experience in the Saudi or GCC banking market.
• Exposure to card lifecycle analytics, including acquisition, activation, usage, spend growth, retention, and attrition.
• Familiarity with campaign management platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, uplift modeling, next‑best‑action, offer optimization, or customer lifetime value models.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based data platforms and modern analytics environments.
