Multinational Company in Riyadh seeks a senior Credit Risk leader to develop review and implement credit risk policies aligned with regulations and market best practices, and to oversee underwriting decisioning for complex cases.

You will lead analytics, portfolio management of credit card products, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Technology while ensuring SIMAH regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Credit Risk within Consumer Lending (Credit Cards focus).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Saudi Credit Cards market.
• Proven expertise in Credit Policy, Product Management, Underwriting, and Risk Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SIMAH products, reports, and processes.

SIMAH Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to SIMAH requirements and act as a subject matter expert on Saudi credit bureau data

Leadership Mentor and develop risk and product teams fostering a performance-driven risk-aware culture
