Job summary

Hiresquad resources is seeking a senior leader to own the credit cards product strategy in Saudi Arabia. You will drive the lifecycle from design to pricing and portfolio enhancements, aiming to increase spend, activation and profitability across premium card offerings.

This role requires deep experience in retail banking, strong leadership and fluency in Arabic and English, with a proven track record of launching premium products and managing growth in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in Retail Banking & Credit Cards with leadership experience
• Expertise in Credit Card Product Management and portfolio growth
• Experience in Digital Banking, Program Management, and business transformation
• Proven success launching premium credit card products
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the credit cards strategy to increase spend and customer engagement, retention and profitability.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle: design, pricing, features, benefits and portfolio enhancements.
• Drive portfolio performance by improving activation, utilization, spend per card, retention and profitability.
• Optimize product P&L by managing interchange income, fees, rewards and operating costs.
• Design and enhance loyalty and rewards programs to increase engagement and card usage.
• Recommend targeted campaigns and portfolio initiatives to improve product performance.
• Monitor product performance after launch and implement continuous improvements based on insights.
• Support sales teams through product training, enablement and portfolio knowledge sharing

• Strong experience in Digital Banking, Program Management, and Business Transformation.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing premium credit card products.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi banking market, SAMA regulations, and payment industry trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
