Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Data Centre Construction Manager to lead a major mission-critical data centre project in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees on-site construction across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, ICT and ELV, ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost control from mobilisation through commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Data Centre, Mission Critical or Complex Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working on remote project sites and fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction delivery of a large-scale Data Centre project with ~50MW IT Load.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, ICT and ELV.
• Interface with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure project execution.
• Drive site operations in line with programme, budget, quality and safety objectives.
• Review construction methodologies, site logistics, work sequencing and resource planning.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly progress reports; monitor schedules and KPIs.
