Fircroft in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager (Cybersecurity) to drive revenue by engaging CIOs and CISOs and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will identify upsell opportunities across SOC/MSS, consulting, and training.

Translate clients’ regulatory and cybersecurity needs into tailored solutions, build lasting relationships, collaborate with vendors, and contribute to account plans and forecasts. Fluency in English is required; Arabic preferred.

Formación

• 5–8 years of successful sales experience in Riyadh/KSA within IT networking or cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and CXO-level negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in presentations, demonstrations, proposal preparation, and RFP/tender responses.
• Excellent communication; fluency in English; Arabic language preferred.
• Knowledge of ISMS, BCMS, NCA/SAMA regulations and frameworks like Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, SIEM, SOAR.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting C-level executives, including CIOs and CISOs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposals, PoCs, tenders, and closing.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SOC/MSS, consulting, professional services, and training.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
• Translate customers' business needs, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity challenges into suitable solutions.
