Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager - Cybersecurity Governance to design and implement robust governance strategies that protect digital assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will lead policy development, risk assessments, and training programs while aligning governance with organizational goals and collaborating with IT and other departments to strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years in cybersecurity governance or compliance.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience in risk management and conducting assessments.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CGEIT preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce cybersecurity governance frameworks and policies in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with information security
• Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance governance practices
• Monitor governance effectiveness and provide regular reports to senior management
• Develop training programs to enhance employee awareness of cybersecurity governance issues
• Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to adapt governance strategies accordingly
• Liaise with external partners and stakeholders on governance-related matters
