Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a proactive Crew Duty Controller to ensure efficient worldwide crew operations. You will oversee rosters, readiness, regulatory compliance and certifications in a high‑tempo 24/7 environment.

You will collaborate with the OCC, airport operations, and partners to balance performance, crew welfare, and customer commitments while driving ongoing improvements in crew processes.

Qualifications

• Degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years in crew control, crew scheduling, or planning.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of airline ops and aviation regs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew rosters and crew readiness.
• Ensure compliance with FDTL, fatigue risk management, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with OCC, airport ops, service providers, and regulators.
• Manage disruptions and provide timely, data‑driven solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of crew operations.
