Impact46 in Riyadh invites a Credit Funds Analyst to join our team and support the structuring, launch, and registration of credit funds and related debt investments. You will work with legal, compliance, and CMA to assemble fund vehicles and prepare investor materials.

Responsibilities include credit analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, monitoring fund performance, and assisting with sukuk issuance when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• CFA or similar professional qualification is a plus.
• 3–4 years of experience in credit analysis, private credit/debt investing, corporate banking, or credit advisory.
• Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills; understanding of loan structuring and credit documentation.
• Familiarity with debt fund structures and the CMA regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring, launch, and registration of credit funds and other debt investments.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and CMA on fund vehicles.
• Assist in preparing fund documentation, including terms and conditions, investor presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct credit analysis and due diligence on prospective fund opportunities; analyze financial statements and cash flows.
• Monitor fund performance, covenant compliance, and repayment schedules; prepare reports for investors.
