Multinational Company in Riyadh seeks a senior Credit Risk leader to develop review and implement credit risk policies aligned with regulations and market best practices, and to oversee underwriting decisioning for complex cases.

You will lead analytics, portfolio management of credit card products, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Technology while ensuring SIMAH regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 12-15 years of experience in Credit Risk within Consumer Lending (Credit Cards focus).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Saudi Credit Cards market.
• Proven expertise in Credit Policy, Product Management, Underwriting, and Risk Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SIMAH products, reports, and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and implement credit risk policies aligned with regulations and market best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end underwriting guide complex cases and enhance decisioning through analytics.
• Partner with Product, Sales and Business teams to optimize Credit Card offerings while managing risk.
• Leverage data to monitor portfolio health, delinquency and profitability presenting insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Finance and Technology.
