Saudi Aramco is seeking a Senior Counsel for the Subsidiary Secretariat & Governance Legal Practice. The role focuses on providing corporate secretarial support for wholly-owned Kingdom subsidiaries and advising boards and senior management on governance issues.

The successful candidate will oversee board meetings, governance delegations, and onboarding of new directors, while coordinating with global legal teams to ensure compliance across the Saudi Aramco group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws or equivalent legal degree.
• Active bar admission to practice before a governing authority.
• 7+ years of experience in law firm, large corporation, or similar.
• Experience advising senior management and/or boards.

Responsabilités

• Serve as corporate secretary for one or more wholly-owned Kingdom subsidiaries.
• Advise boards of directors and senior management on governance matters.
• Organize and manage board meetings; advise on board authority and governance.
• Prepare proxies, powers of attorney, and governance delegations.
• Oversee entity management system data and liaise with global legal teams.
