The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in Law and have significant experience, ideally in downstream chemicals and retail sectors. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years relevant work experience, at least 6+ years with a strong law firm or large corporation.
• Experience in commercial contracts and corporate matters in downstream chemicals.
• Ability to allocate resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on corporate and commercial contracts for Downstream Law.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Provide corporate secretarial leadership for corporate governance.
