Job summary

AECOM in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to support rail and metro infrastructure projects on site. You will apply FIDIC contract knowledge, lead cost-control efforts, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on site in Riyadh.

Required: Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, 18+ years cost management, 5+ years rail/metro, MRICS, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI or SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline is mandatory.
Minimum 18 years of demonstrable cost management experience in professional practice.
Minimum 5 years of substantive experience on rail and/or metro infrastructure projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and their application.
MRICS (Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent professional qualification is required.

Responsibilities

conducts surveys to ascertain locations of features using surveying instruments.
operates and manages land-information computer systems and produces plots/reports.
reviews information from survey teams on distances, directions, angles and elevations.
analyzes data to determine boundary lines and records results of surveys.
