Job summary

AECOM in Riyadh region seeks an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to review, administer, and ensure compliance for complex rail and infrastructure contracts. You will operate under limited supervision and may guide junior staff while negotiating terms with clients.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 12+ years of progressive contract administration experience, and strong knowledge of FIDIC, change management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience applying FIDIC contracts to large infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and claims handling.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise contract administration for complex rail/infrastructure projects.
• Provide guidance to junior contract administrators and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Review and monitor project deadlines, deliverables and performance metrics.
• Assess outsourcing needs and provide recommendations as appropriate.
• Serve as team lead and subject matter expert when required.
