Ericsson AB in Riyadh seeks a Core Technical Lead to drive architectural governance for 5G/CS cores, IMS and PS core deployments. You will lead a team, analyze requirements, and shape end-to-end deployment strategies across multiple core domains.

The role focuses on high-impact migrations, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews, leveraging NFV and cloud-native solutions to push automation and standards.

Formación

• 8+ years of telecom Core Networks experience.
• Strong expertise in CS Core & IMS; solid PS Core knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with NFV, OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, or cloud-native Core solutions.
• Experience with HLD/LLD analysis, migrations, upgrades, and network transformations.
• Familiarity with change management, CAB governance, and operational handovers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of solution architects and integrators.
• Analyze service requirements, HLDs, LLDs, and Service Design Packages.
• Assess cross-domain impact across CS Core, IMS and PS Core.
• Define end-to-end implementation architecture and deployment strategy.
• Lead risk, impact, rollback, and dependency assessments.
• Define testing, validation, KPI monitoring, and acceptance criteria.
• Review and approve MOPs, scripts, implementation plans, and change packages.
• Act as technical authority during CAB reviews and major implementations.
• Support root cause analysis and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive architectural standards, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
