Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager (Post-Contract) to lead the commercial and contractual administration of major infrastructure packages in Tabuk. You will safeguard Parsons’ and the client’s positions, manage large variations, and drive financial close-out of mega-project contracts.

This role requires extensive experience with FIDIC contracts, complex claims, and dispute resolution, with leadership of a team of quantity surveyors and contract administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in QS, Law, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. MRICS/MCIArb desirable.
• Minimum of 20 years post-qualification experience in contract administration on large-scale international mega-projects.
• Experience navigating FIDIC or bespoke mega-project contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-contract commercial and contractual administration, ensuring compliance with main contracts.
• Manage, evaluate, and negotiate complex variation orders, EOTs, and high-value claims.
• Provide contractual advice and risk mitigation to the Project Director and client representatives.
• Lead dispute resolution with legal and executive teams.
• Supervise review and approval of monthly progress payments, final accounts, and close-out of major packages.
• Establish robust contract management procedures and meticulous documentation.
• Mentor and manage a team of quantity surveyors and cost specialists.
