Parsons Tabuk is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead post‑contract administration for major infrastructure projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure compliance with contract conditions, manage variations, and protect commercial interests with senior leadership and project teams.

The role requires extensive post‑contract experience, MRICS/MCIArb desirability, and deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts and joint venture arrangements. Excellent negotiation and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of post‑qualification experience in contracts administration and commercial management.
• Extensive post‑contract experience on major infrastructure or international mega‑projects.
• MRICS or MCIArb is highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of FIDIC Blue, Red, and Yellow Book contract forms.
• Experience administering bespoke contracts and complex contractor packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead post‑contract administration for major infrastructure and construction packages.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, joint‑venture arrangements, project procedures, and delegated authorities.
• Interpret contractual provisions and provide guidance to senior management.
• Protect contractual rights through timely notices, records, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Review contractor variation proposals and change submissions; negotiate values and costs.
• Evaluate extension of time requests and delays; assess associated costs.
• Review high‑value claims and prepare recommendations for approval or rejection.
• Oversee final account preparation, negotiation, and financial close‑out.
• Maintain comprehensive registers for claims, variations, payments, and decisions.
• Lead dispute avoidance and resolution activities with legal, commercial, and project teams.
