Egis Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Contracts professional to oversee all aspects of contract management. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards while guiding complex contracts with multiple stakeholders and departments.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in contract law, FIDIC contracts, and budget forecasting, and demonstrates strong negotiation, leadership, and collaboration across disciplines.

Competenze

• 12+ years of progressive experience in contract management for large-scale projects or operations.
• Extensive knowledge of international contract law, FIDIC contracts, and Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and resolve disputes.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout for multiple stakeholders and internal departments.
• Establish and maintain contract management systems to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes and claims promptly.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations and legal to align with objectives.
• Produce financial analyses, forecasts, and budget reports related to contract performance.
• Provide status updates and strategic reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with evolving local codes and international best practices in contract management.
• Lead and mentor junior contract staff, promoting continuous improvement.
