Job summary

You will draft, review, and negotiate service, vendor, and procurement contracts, manage risks, and coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations to drive commercial excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in contract management or procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian commercial and labor laws.
• Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Analyze terms to identify risks and mitigation.
• Maintain centralized contract management system and records.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations.
• Monitor contract performance, renewals, and obligations.
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals.
• Prepare contract summaries and reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local Saudi regulations and international best practices.
• Identify opportunities to standardize templates and streamline processes.
• Support in resolving disputes and amendments.
