JASARA PMC in Jeddah is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial aspects of our infrastructure projects. You will manage contracts, budgets, and risk to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a senior candidate with extensive experience in construction or engineering settings, flawless English, and the ability to lead negotiations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or similar role in construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and partner organizations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance.
• Conduct risk assessments related to financial transactions and contract obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact for all commercial matters.
