Job summary

Hill International in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior contract management lead to govern a diverse portfolio of infrastructure contracts. You will set strategy and governance, mentor teams, and ensure consistent methods across all contracts.

You will identify and manage contractual exposure, advise on entitlements and liabilities, and lead changes, claims and dispute avoidance while reviewing contractor performance against obligations. Five-month project scope is noted.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, construction management, engineering or law.
• Minimum 15 years in contract/commercial management or contract administration on major infrastructure projects.
• Substantial experience administering FIDIC contracts.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary commercial teams.
• Membership of RICS, CIArb, ICE or CICES preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle Unifier and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Govern portfolio of roads and infrastructure contracts and set contract management strategy and governance.
• Lead and mentor contract management and administration teams across the portfolio.
• Identify and manage contractual and commercial exposure, entitlements and liabilities.
• Manage changes, variations, claims, extensions of time and disputes avoidance/resolution.
• Be the first contractual point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
