• Experience in contractual risk assessment, claims, disputes, and legal advisory.
• Experience supervising or guiding legal team members.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills.
• Experience in large, diversified or multi-business organizations and exposure to sectors such as real estate, retail, malls, entertainment, F&B, hospitality, technology, procurement, or services will be an advantage.

Key Requirements:
