SSATCO is seeking a Contracts and Commercial Manager to lead contract administration and commercial delivery on a major Riyadh construction project.

The role requires extensive experience in contracts and commercial management, with preference for GCC experience. Expatriate candidates are welcome, and Saudi-based expatriates must hold a transferable Iqama. Immediate release and joining are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in contracts and commercial management, preferably on GCC projects.
• Expatriate applicants allowed; transferable Iqama for Saudi-based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration, notices, and correspondence with the Employer.
• Prepare and process valuations and interim payment certificates.
• Support claims, variations, and commercial risk management.
