Job summary

AdaapJobs is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Engineer to lead major construction initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will drive end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 15–20 years in civil engineering projects, strong leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, along with a PMP or SCE-registered background being a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• English proficiency: basic; PMP or Saudi Council of Engineers registration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee large-scale construction projects from initiation through handover.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, cost control, resource allocation, and contract administration.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, risk management, and change control processes.
