Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee large-scale building construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers full lifecycle management, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

You will lead multiple projects, manage budgets and teams of engineers, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering) required or preferred.
• 12+ years of building construction experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership/project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project planning.
• PMP/Chartered Engineer certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities
