Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for a mining and metals project located in Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a strong background in civil, mechanical, electrical or construction engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with HSE standards and project controls while supporting commissioning and handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in civil, mechanical, electrical, construction engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction experience in mining/metals, mineral processing, recycling, smelting, refining or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, field execution and project controls.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary construction activities.
• Familiarity with international construction codes, HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and construction reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all construction activities to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Review drawings, specs and documents for constructability and compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards and regulations.
• Support planning, sequencing, resource allocation and productivity improvements.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions for interface conflicts.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reviews and quality audits.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to contracts.
• Prepare construction reports, forecasts, change requests and progress updates.
• Coordinate material delivery, equipment availability and site logistics.
