Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Construction Planner on a mining & metals project in Ras Al-khair, Saudi Arabia. The role leads integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up to achieve milestones.

You will develop Level 3/4 construction schedules for multi-discipline scopes, monitor progress, and coordinate interfaces with engineers, suppliers, and contractors for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years planning/scheduling for large industrial projects.
• 5+ years supporting construction planning activities.
• Experience in mining/metals, recycling, minerals processing, or heavy industry.
• Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Office proficiency; CPM knowledge.
• EPC/EPCM project environments preferred.
• Knowledge of commissioning/start-up planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated construction schedules for all phases.
• Prepare Level 3 and Level 4 schedules for mechanical, electrical, I&E, piping, civil, utilities.
• Monitor progress vs baselines; identify deviations and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Conduct critical path analysis; identify risks and recovery opportunities.
• Support look-ahead planning, work packaging, and resource forecasting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule reports and performance metrics.
• Evaluate contractor schedules for compliance and milestones.
